CPR/AED: Course on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Level C covers all aspects of CPR skills so that you can recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking with confidence. It teaches theory for adult, child and infants, including two-rescuer CPR skills. Courses meet legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and include the latest CPR guidelines and training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum score of 75% on written knowledge evaluation
Attend and participate in 100% of the course
CERTIFICATION:
3-year certification in a Red Cross Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C/AED (Equivalent to a WorkSafeBC Level One Certificate)
Canadian Red Cross certificates are now virtual! You will receive a permanent virtual certificate will be emailed to you after you've successfully completed the course. You will be able to view your manual and certification online at any time through your MyRedCross account. Certification is valid for 3 years.
