Construction Safety Officer
MODE OF INSTRUCTION: Traditional Instructor-Led (In-class)
COST: $2,000.00 + GST
A 50% deposit is required at registration, and the balance is due ten business days before the start of the course.
DURATION:80 Hour over 10 days (5 consecutive weekdays for 2 weeks)
SCHEDULE:9:00am to 5:00pm
ACCREDITATION: New or expired certification
PREREQUISITE:
19 years of age
A strong command of written and spoken English
One year of experience on a construction job site (Recommended but not required)

A minimum score of 75% on written knowledge evaluation
Attend and participate in 100% of the course
CERTIFICATION:
Upon successfully completing this program, students will receive a Construction Safety Officer Certificate from Safety Central, which has written and developed this program. This program is recognized by the Applied Science Technologists & Technicians of British Columbia (ASTTBC).
